From where would I obtain a telephone adapter which takes the output
from a rj25c (3 line phone socket) and provides a rj14c line phone
jack (2 lines) and an rj11 jack (1 line). Or even 3 rj11 jacks.Hi lostguide...
Are you just needing one? Have you
considered putting it together
yourself? Want me to put one together
for you? ;-)

-AII believe Wal-Mart carries an adapter that will probably fit your
purpose. It plugs in to a 3 line jack, and splits into three seperate
jacks, L1, L2, L3...there is a similar one that puts out L1+L2+l3,
L1+L2, L1+L3.
Alternatively, you could buy a crimper, some three line cable, and
some clips for such, and make one end all three lines, and then strip
off a fair amount of insulation on the other end, make put a clip on
each of the line one, two, and three pairs of wires, thus a male-male
splitter of a single three line jack into their seperate line
constituents.I really need 4 such adapters/splitters and whilst I could go with
something home made I can't believe Radio Shack or some such
electronics store does not already produce something like this.
I guess at this point I'm really asking - are such a adapter/splitter
already commerically available and if so which company makes them?
Many thanks.You're right!
Radio Shack / Fries - and a hundred other electrical stores don't sell
them but Walmart does!
I rejoice in your information and shall eat the minstrels.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
